This page states the Terms & Conditions under which you use www.gaccoshoes.com. Please note that any use of this website means that you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

OUR PROMISE

Since 2003, Gacco`s are all about our products, how we make them and how our customers feel about them. We pride ourselves on our experience and service, personal attention and integrity.

Gacco`s reputation is built on quality, comfort and character, which matter in equal measure to our customers. Each shoe and boot is carefully crafted from the best materials to the most exacting standards.

The integrity and natural authority of our products, their individuality and their self-assuredness are reflected in our customers and ultimately sets us apart.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases through the site, you will need to provide your personal details such as, name, address, contact number and email address. Furthermore, when you order, you will be required to provide valid payment details whereby you agree we can use the details to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

We currently accept the following form of payment:

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

All Payments are Secure and are handled by Sagepay and HSBC.

All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or the web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and an alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and then on dispatch, a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We use FedEx for all our USA deliveries and DHL for all our international deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third-party factors that may cause delays. (Please note we are unable to ship to BFPO and PO BOX addresses due to the services we use.)

 


 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation of your tracking details. You can also log in to your account on the website to track your order history. Please allow a few hours before tracking to allow the carrier to update their system.

RETURNS POLICY

Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (Gacco will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 28 days of receipt, providing they are in an original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund or exchange has taken place. For any EU or ROW please include the original invoice and please mark the items as BRITISH RETURNED GOODS TO SENDER, as we will not accept any import or duty fees on returns.

Please note that returns can only be processed to the original purchaser, if you are returning a gift, please contact the original purchaser to do this for you.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Gacco Ltd will always be happy to cancel your order, to do this you can contact customer services through the contact form. Unfortunately, it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company, once the item is back with Gacco Ltd we will process your refund, however, Gacco will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case. (or any customs/duties charges you may have paid)

SIZES

All Footwear sold on our site is in UK, USA, and EU sizes. Please refer to the size guide for further information in our size chart

 

COLOUR REPRODUCTION

We make every effort to make sure our products are described as accurately as possible, however, colour displays can be different depending on your computer settings, or monitor, so exact colour matches are not always possible. This means the colour of your products may differ from what you have seen on screen. If you are not happy with any products, you are entitled to return these for an exchange or refund by complying with our returns policy.

PRICING

Prices shown on www.gaccoshoes.com are in USA and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Customers choosing delivery to Europe need to select the 'EU' store from the top navigation and are charged in Euro's. EU orders are sent on DDP (delivery duty paid) terms meaning the price you see includes local taxes pre-paid which will appear as 'tax' on your invoice. Customers outside of the European Union will need to select the 'ROW' store from the top navigation bar of the website. Price's are in GBP at a fixed cost which does not include UK VAT. Any Duty & Tax’s will NOT be covered by Gacco. This is the customers responsibility should there be any imports or customs fees upon import to your country.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have certain rights under the law of Turkey which include;

Any product you order through www.gaccoshoes.com will be to satisfactory quality, fit and its intended purpose which will match the descriptions given on the site. Sale items may include previosuly tried on and shoes with slight leather markings. Sale items may not include shoe bags and wraps as standard and can be purchased separately.The right to return a product if you feel the quality is not at the satisfactory level.A right to cancel any order for a product, within 7 days commencing the date on which you receive the product for a full refund, even if the product is not deemed non satisfactory.

For further information on your rights, please contact your local citizen’s advice bureau of trading standards.
